Where are your products made?

Our products are ethically made in Portugal. The factory we work with has been G.O.T.S. certified since 2016 and  Oeko-Tex certified since 2009.  In order to match the requirements from some of the most demanding brands of the European market, our factory is currently completing the ISO 9001 certification and will pursue ISO 14001 and SA8000!

 They also proudly run on  Green Energy - being only supplied by renewable energy sources!

How much is shipping?

We charge a Flat rate of $10 for Standard shipping within Alberta, and $12 Flat rate for other provinces in Canada.

We generally ship your orders out 3-5 business days after the order has been received.  However, please allow up to 7 business days to be packed and shipped out.

Once your items have been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number.

How do your clothes fit?

Our clothes fit a bit on the bigger size. It was important to us that our customers get the best out of our garments. Your children will be able to wear it for up to two years. I recommend going with your kids regular size.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Calgary, Canada.

When will I get my order?

If you order during a PRE-ORDER Sale , your order will ship within 2-3 weeks. Otherwise, we are able to ship your order within 1-3 business days

We will do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible. However keep in mind that we are only a team of two people with full time jobs and kids to take care of :) Please be kind!

Yes, we do! Please select the option ‘Local Pick up’ to get your order from State Baby Shop in Inglewood in Calgary, Alberta.
